20 or 40 pounds of H&G (WHOLE FISH) Wild Alaskan Black Cod (Sablefish).
Black Cod is a whitefish like no other. Rich, buttery, and loaded with Omega 3 Fatty acids, if you haven’t tried it yet, now is a great time!
This fish is prepared “H&G”, which is headed and gutted. This means you receive a minimally handled, clean, gutless and headless fish, ready for whole roasting, grilling, or filleting. These fish range from 1-3 pounds each. You will receive a selection.
*Our H&G Black Cod is “glazed” to seal in moisture and flavor. This glaze contains corn syrup from corn. The glaze melts and rinses off when thawed and does not affect the flavor. Please consider if you have a corn sensitivity or food allergy.*
Sustainably fished right outside our doorstep, filleted and flash frozen with care in Pelican, Alaska.
