Now offering portions cut from larger fish! Our regular portions are cut from 3-5 pound fish, while larger ones are cut from 5-7 pound fish. You get a thicker cut black cod portion in approximate 1 pound bags.
Black Cod is a whitefish like no other. Rich, buttery, and loaded with omega 3 Fatty acids, its sometimes called “butterfish”. Because of its high oil content, Black Cod is very easy to prepare without overcooking or drying out. Try smoking, sautéing, poaching, or roasting.
Our black cod is packaged bone in, skin on in approximate 1 pound portions per bag.
