Our wild sockeye, coho, and keta salmon is caught in the Taku & Alsek Rivers, and the open Pacific waters around Pelican, Alaska. The fishermen deliver their catch to our facility in Pelican, and we hand process each wild fish by hand.
Inside this twenty pound box you’ll find;
Sockeye Salmon full fillets (.8 - 1.2 lbs each) - 5 lbs
Keta Salmon Portions - 5 lbs
Coho Salmon Portions - 5 lbs
Sockeye or Coho Salmon Burger - 3 lbs
Salmon Collars (sockeye, coho, or king depending on our inventory) - 2 lbs
Flash frozen and individually vacuum sealed portions.
