20 or 40 pounds of H&G (WHOLE FISH) Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon
This fish is prepared “H&G”, or headed and gutted. This means you receive a minimally handled, clean, gutless and headless fish. Right after being caught by our fishermen, they remove all inner organs and gills from the fish. At our processing facility in Pelican, we remove the heads and then flash freeze. You choose how to fillet, smoke, or jar this wild fresh-frozen salmon.
The size of these fish is “U5”, or under 5 pounds each. Each fish will range in weight from 2 to 4.9 pounds each. (most are on the higher end)
*Our H&G coho salmon is “glazed” to seal in moisture and flavor. This glaze contains corn syrup from corn. The glaze melts and rinses off when thawed and does not affect the flavor. Please consider if you have a corn sensitivity or food allergy.*
