They’re back!

Wild Alaska King Salmon steaks from our 2026 season.

The “King” or Chinook, salmon is the largest species of salmon that lives in the Pacific Ocean. King salmon is loaded with omega-3s, protein, and delicious flavor. A favorite for the grill, our king salmon steaks vary in size from about ½ a pound to just over 1 pound, individually sealed 1 steak per bag.

Sustainably fished right outside our doorstep, steaks are cut from FAS (Frozen at Sea) fish that are frozen directly on the boat after being caught. At Yakobi we cut steaks from the fish and repackage each slice into individual bags.

Free shipping included. Packaging style may vary. Fish ships frozen, move to freezer immediately upon arrival.

We ship from Juneau, AK via UPS or FedEx Mondays and Tuesdays. Our shipping team will contact you for scheduling. Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping.
