This deep water fish has a beautiful spotted skin, and on the inside, it’s is a lean and mild whitefish with large flakes and a medium to firm texture. Lingcod, halibut, and rockfish are virtually interchangeable for your favorite dinner recipe. Our fishermen catch each one with sustainable hook and line methods, and clean and bleed them right after pulling them out of the ocean.
Our lingcod is packaged boneless and skinless in approximate 1 pound per bag.
